This document is drafted for Zyleme's cross-border commerce, purchasing, marketplace, wallet, logistics coordination and customer support operations. It should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before publication or customer reliance.

Document Map

1. Purpose and Scope

This Shipping Policy explains how Zyleme coordinates shipping, customs clearance, delivery, claims and related logistics services for products purchased through the Zyleme platform or otherwise handled through Zyleme.

This Policy is part of, and should be read together with, the Zyleme Terms and Conditions, Returns Policy, Wallet Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. If there is a conflict, the Terms and Conditions control unless this Policy expressly provides more specific shipping rules.

This Policy applies to orders purchased by Zyleme on behalf of customers.

It also applies to packages received, consolidated, exported, cleared or delivered through Zyleme or its logistics partners.

It applies to domestic last-mile delivery in the destination country after goods arrive and clear customs.

2. Zyleme's Shipping Role

Zyleme acts as a purchasing, consolidation, logistics coordination and delivery facilitation platform. Zyleme may purchase goods on behalf of customers, receive goods at a warehouse or logistics facility, consolidate shipments, arrange export, coordinate customs documentation, arrange destination-country clearance and coordinate final delivery.

Zyleme may use independent logistics providers, freight forwarders, air carriers, customs brokers, courier companies, bus operators, riders and other third-party partners. These partners are not employees of Zyleme unless expressly stated otherwise.

Zyleme may open, inspect, re-pack, consolidate or label packages for shipping, compliance, safety, customs or operational reasons.

Zyleme may refuse, delay, return or cancel shipments that are unsafe, prohibited, restricted, suspicious or non-compliant.

Zyleme does not guarantee that a third-party seller will ship an item on time or exactly as listed.

3. Shipping Stages

Most Zyleme orders move through several stages. Timelines vary by seller, product type, shipping method, customs processing and destination.

Stage

Description

Key Responsibility

Seller Processing

The original seller prepares and ships the item.

Seller; customer accepts seller timing.

US/Origin Receipt

The package is received by Zyleme or a logistics partner.

Zyleme/logistics partner after confirmed receipt.

Consolidation & Export

Packages may be inspected, sorted, consolidated and exported.

Zyleme/logistics partners.

Customs & Clearance

Destination authorities inspect, assess or release goods.

Customs authorities; Zyleme coordinates where applicable.

Final Delivery

Goods are delivered to the address or receiver provided by the customer.

Zyleme or last-mile partner, subject to customer availability.

4. Estimated Delivery Dates

Any estimated delivery date, delivery window, ETA or countdown displayed by Zyleme is an estimate only. It is not a promise, warranty, deadline or guaranteed arrival date.

Orders may arrive earlier or later than the estimate due to events outside Zyleme's reasonable control, including seller processing delays, airline schedules, customs inspections, government actions, weather, carrier disruptions, security reviews, system outages, holidays, peak-season congestion and address verification issues.

Zyleme may provide updated estimates when new information is available, but updated estimates remain estimates only.

5. Seller Delays and Split Shipments

Customers acknowledge that many orders begin with third-party sellers. Zyleme is not responsible for seller delays, seller cancellations, stock shortages, partial shipments, split shipments, packaging decisions, wrong tracking information or seller failure to ship.

Where a seller splits an order into multiple packages, Zyleme may ship the packages together or separately depending on operational feasibility, shipping economics and delivery timing. Separate package movement may affect delivery estimates.

6. Customs, Duties and Government Action

International shipments may be subject to customs inspection, import restrictions, duty assessment, regulatory checks, valuation review, seizure, quarantine, documentation requests or delays by customs or other government authorities.

Zyleme will make commercially reasonable efforts to support customs clearance where applicable. However, customs authorities have final control over inspection, classification, valuation, seizure, release and timing.

Zyleme is not liable for customs delays or government actions outside its reasonable control.

Customers must not order goods that are prohibited, restricted or require licenses unless Zyleme expressly agrees in writing to handle such goods.

If authorities impose additional lawful charges after purchase, Zyleme may require the customer to pay those charges before delivery.

7. Delivery Address and Receiver Information

Customers must provide complete, accurate and reachable delivery information, including the recipient's full name, working phone number, delivery address, city, landmark, delivery notes and any other information reasonably required for final delivery.

Zyleme is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, additional charges or loss caused by incomplete, wrong, old, unverifiable or unreachable delivery details provided by the customer.

If the customer changes the delivery address after the order has shipped or arrived, Zyleme may charge a rerouting, re-delivery or administrative fee.

8. Delivery Attempts, Missed Deliveries and Unclaimed Goods

Zyleme or its delivery partners will make reasonable attempts to contact the customer or recipient once goods are ready for delivery. Customers must respond promptly and make themselves or their recipient available to receive the shipment.

If a shipment cannot be delivered because the customer cannot be reached, refuses delivery, provides wrong information, fails to cooperate, repeatedly reschedules or does not receive the item, Zyleme may place the shipment in storage and may charge applicable storage, handling or re-delivery fees.

If goods remain unclaimed or undeliverable for forty (40) days after reasonable notification attempts, Zyleme may, to the fullest extent permitted by law, return, dispose of, donate, sell or otherwise deal with the goods to recover costs. Zyleme will not be liable for losses resulting from the customer's failure to receive or collect goods within this period.

9. Shipping Damage, Loss and Claims

Zyleme's shipping responsibility is limited to issues that arise while goods are under Zyleme's control or the control of Zyleme-appointed logistics partners, subject to exclusions, proof requirements and liability limits in the Terms and Conditions and this Policy.

Claims for shipping damage or loss must be reported promptly. Customers must provide photographs, videos, packaging images, receipts, order confirmation, delivery records and any other evidence requested by Zyleme.

Notify Zyleme as soon as possible after delivery or after becoming aware of the issue.

Do not discard packaging, shipping labels, invoices or damaged items until the claim is resolved.

Provide clear images or videos showing the damage, packaging condition and item condition.

Cooperate with carrier inspection, return or claim requirements.

Zyleme may deny a claim where the evidence is insufficient, the issue originated from the seller or manufacturer, the customer delayed reporting, the product was pre-packaged by the seller/manufacturer, or the customer failed to preserve packaging for inspection.

10. Items Not Covered as Shipping Damage

Shipping damage does not include seller or manufacturer issues, product dissatisfaction or customer selection errors.

Wrong size, fit, color/colour, style, design, model or compatibility selected by the customer.

Manufacturing defects, faulty parts, product recalls, missing accessories from the seller, fake or misrepresented seller listings unless expressly guaranteed by Zyleme.

Cosmetic packaging dents, retail box wear or minor external packaging damage that does not affect the actual product.

Issues caused by product use, installation, misuse, electrical incompatibility, local voltage issues or customer handling after delivery.

11. Extended Delays

International logistics can sometimes experience unusual delays. A delay by itself does not create automatic refund eligibility or liability.

If a shipment remains undelivered for more than six (6) months after the original estimated delivery date, Zyleme will conduct a review based on available seller records, warehouse records, carrier records, customs records and any applicable insurance. Zyleme will then determine an appropriate resolution, which may include continued tracking, replacement support, wallet credit, refund where legally required, or another reasonable remedy depending on the facts.

12. Storage and Consolidation

Zyleme may store goods temporarily while preparing them for shipment, consolidation, customs processing or delivery. Storage timeframes and fees may vary by service, package type and destination.

Zyleme may combine multiple customer packages, split packages, repackage items, remove excess packaging, or add protective packaging when operationally reasonable. Zyleme is not liable for the loss of retailer packaging, gift packaging, promotional inserts, coupons or non-essential packaging materials removed for shipping efficiency or compliance.

13. Prohibited, Restricted and High-Risk Goods

Zyleme may refuse, cancel, return, discard or report shipments containing prohibited, restricted, hazardous, regulated, export-controlled or suspicious items. Examples include weapons, ammunition, hazardous materials, flammable goods, controlled substances, prescription medication, counterfeit goods, illegal goods, live animals, perishable foods, currency, government IDs and any goods restricted by origin or destination-country law.

Customers are responsible for confirming that goods may legally be purchased, exported, imported and delivered before placing an order.

14. Contact

Questions about shipping should be directed to support@zyleme.com. Customers should include the order number, product name, recipient name and a clear description of the issue.

Document Status Working Draft - for legal review before publication

This document is drafted for Zyleme's cross-border commerce, purchasing, marketplace, wallet, logistics coordination and customer support operations. It should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before publication or customer reliance.

Document Map

1. Purpose and Scope

This Wallet Policy governs the use of Zyleme Wallet, Zyleme Balance, store credits, promotional credits, refunds issued as credits, loyalty balances and any other stored-value feature offered by Zyleme unless a separate written agreement applies.

The Wallet is designed to make purchases of goods and services on Zyleme easier. It is not a bank account, savings account, deposit account, investment product, remittance product or money-transfer service.

2. Wallet Nature and Use

Funds, credits or balances placed in the Wallet may only be used to pay for eligible goods, services, shipping, handling, customs, fees, subscriptions or other approved charges on the Zyleme platform.

Wallet funds are not cash.

Wallet funds are not transferable unless Zyleme expressly permits transfer.

Wallet funds do not earn interest.

Wallet funds cannot be pledged, assigned or used outside Zyleme.

3. Non-Refundable and Non-Withdrawable Wallet Funds

Except where required by applicable law or expressly approved by Zyleme in writing, Wallet funds are non-refundable, non-withdrawable and not redeemable for cash, mobile money, bank transfer or any external payment method.

Customers should only fund their Wallet with amounts they intend to use for purchases on Zyleme. Zyleme may refuse requests to withdraw Wallet balances except where legally required.

4. Funding the Wallet

Customers may be allowed to fund the Wallet by card, mobile money, bank transfer, promotional credit, refund credit, reconciliation credit, loyalty credit or other method approved by Zyleme.

Wallet funding may be subject to verification, limits, fraud checks, processing delays, currency rules, fees or reversal if the funding source fails, is disputed, is fraudulent or is reversed by the payment provider.

5. Currency and Conversion

Wallet balances may be displayed or denominated in Ghana cedis, U.S. dollars or another currency supported by Zyleme. Currency conversion rates, foreign exchange spreads and rounding methods may be set by Zyleme or its payment partners.

Where a Wallet balance is used for a purchase involving another currency, Zyleme may apply the conversion rate available at the time of transaction, checkout, purchase, settlement or another operationally reasonable time.

6. Promotional Credits, Rewards and Bonuses

Zyleme may issue promotional credits, referral credits, goodwill credits, loyalty points, cashback, discount balances or other bonuses. These are not cash and may be subject to additional terms, expiration dates, minimum order amounts, category restrictions, country restrictions, fraud controls and reversal rights.

Zyleme may cancel, reverse or adjust promotional credits if issued in error, obtained fraudulently, abused, duplicated, associated with a cancelled order, or used in violation of Zyleme policies.

7. Refunds to Wallet

Zyleme may issue eligible refunds, reimbursements, goodwill credits, variance refunds or order adjustments to the Wallet. A refund to Wallet does not convert the balance into cash unless Zyleme expressly states otherwise or applicable law requires cash refund.

Where an original payment method cannot be refunded, a Wallet credit may be used as the default refund method subject to applicable law.

8. Wallet Restrictions

Zyleme may place limits on Wallet funding, spending, transfers, withdrawals, reversals, refunds and account access. Zyleme may suspend or restrict Wallet use if it suspects fraud, chargeback abuse, money laundering, sanctions risk, stolen payment methods, account takeover, regulatory risk or violation of Zyleme policies.

9. Errors and Adjustments

Zyleme may correct Wallet errors, including duplicate credits, incorrect balances, mistaken refunds, failed funding, reversed payment transactions, system glitches, currency errors, calculation mistakes or fraudulent credits.

If a Wallet balance becomes negative or if Zyleme determines that a customer has spent funds not validly available, the customer remains responsible for the amount owed.

10. Account Closure and Inactivity

If a customer closes an account or if Zyleme suspends or terminates an account for violation of policies, Wallet use may be restricted. Zyleme may retain Wallet balances to settle outstanding charges, chargebacks, unpaid invoices, storage fees, fraud losses or other amounts owed.

Promotional or bonus credits may expire or be forfeited upon account closure, fraud, inactivity or policy violation.

11. Fraud, Chargebacks and Abuse

Wallet abuse is prohibited. This includes using stolen payment methods, initiating false chargebacks, creating fake accounts, abusing referrals, cycling funds, manipulating promotions, reselling credits without permission or using Wallet balances for illegal or restricted goods.

Zyleme may reverse credits, suspend accounts, report fraud, recover losses and take legal action where Wallet abuse occurs.

12. Contact

Wallet questions should be directed to support@zyleme.com. Users should include their account email, transaction reference, payment method and a clear description of the issue.

Zyleme Returns Policy

Returns, refunds, damaged goods, wrong items, seller defects and cancellation rules.

Company Zyleme
Website www.zyleme.com
Support Email support@zyleme.com
Last Updated June 30, 2026
Document Status Working Draft - for legal review before publication

This document is drafted for Zyleme's cross-border commerce, purchasing, marketplace, wallet, logistics coordination and customer support operations. It should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before publication or customer reliance.

Document Map

1. Purpose and Scope

This Returns Policy explains how cancellations, returns, replacements, exchanges, damaged goods, wrong items, refunds and seller-related issues are handled for orders placed through Zyleme.

Because Zyleme often purchases goods from third-party sellers on behalf of customers, return eligibility is usually determined by the original seller's return policy, the product category, the timing of the request, shipping status, customs status and the condition of the item.

2. Zyleme's Role in Returns

Zyleme is a purchasing and logistics facilitator, not the manufacturer of products purchased from third-party sellers. Unless Zyleme expressly sells a product as its own inventory, Zyleme does not make, design, test, warrant or guarantee the product.

Zyleme may assist customers with seller returns where operationally possible, but Zyleme cannot guarantee that a third-party seller will accept a return, provide a replacement, offer a refund or waive return charges.

3. Customer Responsibility Before Ordering

Customers must carefully review the product listing, size chart, color/colour, model, compatibility, quantity, voltage, dimensions, materials, seller rating, return policy, shipping time and any seller restrictions before payment.

Customers are responsible for selecting the exact product they want. Zyleme is not responsible for customer selection errors or dissatisfaction based on expectations that differ from the seller listing.

4. Non-Returnable or Limited-Return Items

Some products may be non-returnable, difficult to return, expensive to return internationally or subject to seller restrictions.

Final sale, clearance, custom-made, personalized or made-to-order products.

Underwear, swimwear, beauty products, cosmetics, hygiene products and opened consumables.

Perishable, temperature-sensitive, hazardous, restricted or regulated goods.

Digital products, gift cards, subscriptions, software downloads or license keys.

Items where the seller return window has closed before the customer reports the issue.

Products purchased from sellers or websites that do not accept returns.

5. Issues Generally Not Caused by Zyleme

The following issues are generally considered seller, manufacturer or customer-selection issues and are not Zyleme shipping errors:

Wrong size, poor fit or sizing differences between brands.

Color/colour variation due to lighting, screen display or seller photography.

Product quality concerns, manufacturing defects or faulty parts from the seller/manufacturer.

Compatibility problems, voltage issues, missing accessories not included by the seller, or incorrect product assumptions.

Authenticity, warranty or seller-description issues unless Zyleme expressly guaranteed authenticity or specifications in writing.

6. Issues Potentially Covered by Zyleme

Zyleme may accept responsibility for issues that occur while goods are under Zyleme's control or under the control of Zyleme-appointed logistics partners, subject to investigation and proof.

Confirmed shipping loss after receipt by Zyleme or its appointed logistics partner.

Confirmed physical damage caused during shipping or handling after receipt by Zyleme.

Delivery to the wrong customer caused by Zyleme or its delivery partner.

Zyleme purchasing a materially different item than the one confirmed and paid for by the customer.

7. Return Request Process

Customers must contact Zyleme promptly after receiving an item or discovering an issue. Late requests may be denied if the seller return window has closed or evidence is no longer available.

Contact Zyleme support with the order number and issue description.

Provide photos or videos of the item, packaging, shipping label, invoice and any visible damage or mismatch.

Keep all packaging and accessories until the case is resolved.

Do not use, alter, wash, install, repair or dispose of the item before Zyleme reviews the case.

Follow any instructions from Zyleme regarding return shipment, inspection, seller communication or documentation.

8. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due solely to a confirmed Zyleme error or shipping issue covered by this Policy, customers may be responsible for return shipping, seller restocking fees, customs charges, handling fees, repackaging fees and any other cost required to return goods to the seller.

International returns may cost more than the original shipping charge and may not be commercially reasonable. Zyleme may recommend alternatives such as resale, partial credit, seller warranty claim or replacement purchase where appropriate.

9. Refunds and Credits

Refunds depend on the seller's acceptance of the return, receipt of the returned item, carrier records, payment processor timelines and Zyleme's investigation. Shipping, handling, customs, taxes, payment processing fees and service fees are generally non-refundable unless the issue is caused solely by Zyleme.

Eligible refunds may be issued to the original payment method, Wallet, store credit or another method determined by Zyleme and applicable law.

10. Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible. Once Zyleme has purchased the item, cancellation depends on the seller's cancellation policy. Once goods have shipped, cancellation may not be possible without return shipping and other fees.

If a seller cancels an order because the item is out of stock, unavailable, restricted or priced incorrectly, Zyleme may refund, credit or assist with alternatives.

11. Damaged Items

Customers must report suspected shipping damage promptly and provide clear evidence. Zyleme may require inspection by a carrier, warehouse, delivery partner or claims provider. Packaging must be preserved.

Zyleme is not responsible for defects already present in the product, damage caused by the seller before shipment to Zyleme, or damage caused by customer use, installation, misuse or handling after delivery.

12. Wrong Item, Wrong Size or Wrong Color/Colour

If the seller sends the wrong item, wrong size or wrong color/colour, Zyleme may assist the customer in contacting the seller or arranging a return where possible. However, seller mistakes are not automatically Zyleme errors unless Zyleme purchased something different from the item confirmed by the customer.

If the customer selected the wrong item, wrong size, wrong color/colour or incompatible model, return eligibility depends on the seller policy and the customer may bear all return costs.

13. No Return Guarantee for Unverified Stores

For websites, sellers or marketplaces that are not verified by Zyleme, returns may be unavailable or limited. Customers accept the risk that some sellers may refuse returns, delay refunds, require return to a foreign address or fail to respond.

14. Chargebacks

Customers should contact Zyleme first to resolve return or refund issues. Fraudulent or premature chargebacks may result in account suspension, loss of promotional benefits, recovery action, collection of unpaid balances and restriction of future services.

15. Contact

Return requests should be sent to support@zyleme.com with the order number, customer name and evidence.

End of document.

Merchants remain the sellers of their products and are responsible for product quality, legality, listing accuracy, warranties, fulfillment obligations, customer obligations, taxes and compliance.

Zyleme may facilitate payment, order routing, logistics, customer communication and dispute handling, but this does not make Zyleme the manufacturer, importer of record, seller of record or warrantor unless expressly agreed in writing.

Accurate title, description, images, variations, SKU, quantity, price, dimensions, weight and availability.

Zyleme may deduct fees, refunds, chargebacks, penalties, commissions, promotional funding, taxes, shipping charges, storage charges and other amounts owed from merchant payouts.

6. Order Acceptance and Fulfillment

Merchants must process accepted orders promptly and in accordance with the displayed delivery, handling and fulfillment commitments. Merchants must not accept orders they cannot fulfill.

Merchants are responsible for packaging items properly, including invoices or required documentation, meeting product safety standards, and providing accurate weight, dimensions and shipment details. Failure to provide accurate information may result in fees, delays, cancellation, suspension or customer refunds charged to the merchant.

7. Inventory and Availability

Merchants must keep inventory availability accurate. Overselling, stock misrepresentation, repeated cancellations or intentional listing of unavailable products may result in penalties, ranking reduction, suspension or termination.

Zyleme may cancel orders or issue customer refunds where the merchant fails to fulfill, delays excessively, sends wrong goods, sends defective goods or violates Zyleme policies.

8. Product Quality, Safety and Compliance

Merchants are solely responsible for ensuring that products are safe, authentic, lawful, properly labeled, not defective, not counterfeit and compliant with applicable product, import, export, consumer protection, labeling, intellectual property and safety laws.

Merchants must promptly notify Zyleme of recalls, safety issues, authenticity complaints, regulatory notices or legal claims involving their products.

9. Prohibited Merchant Products

Merchants may not list illegal, restricted, dangerous, counterfeit, stolen, hazardous, regulated or export-controlled goods without Zyleme's express written approval and all required legal authorization.

Zyleme may remove listings, suspend accounts, hold payouts, cancel orders, report violations and cooperate with authorities where prohibited goods are involved.

10. Returns, Refunds and Customer Disputes

Merchants must honor their published return policy and any minimum standards required by Zyleme. Merchants must cooperate with Zyleme in resolving customer complaints, missing items, damaged goods, wrong items, warranty claims, chargebacks and disputes.

Zyleme may issue refunds, credits or replacements to customers and charge the merchant where Zyleme determines that the issue was caused by merchant error, product defect, listing inaccuracy, late fulfillment, counterfeit goods, non-delivery or policy violation.

11. Merchant Payouts and Holds

Zyleme may pay merchants according to the payout schedule, currency and method specified in the merchant dashboard or agreement. Payouts may be delayed, held, offset or reversed for fraud review, chargebacks, refunds, tax issues, customer disputes, reserve requirements, compliance review or suspected policy violations.

Zyleme may require rolling reserves or risk reserves for new merchants, high-risk categories, high dispute rates, long delivery periods or unusual transaction patterns.

12. Taxes

Merchants are responsible for determining, collecting, reporting and remitting taxes applicable to their sales, income, imports, exports, VAT, sales tax, withholding, duties and other obligations unless Zyleme expressly agrees otherwise in writing or is legally required to do so.

13. Advertising, Promotions and Ranking

Zyleme may offer advertising, sponsored placement, discount campaigns, affiliate programs, influencer storefronts, coupons and promotional tools. Participation may be subject to separate terms and fees.

Zyleme may determine marketplace ranking, placement, recommendations and visibility based on relevance, price, fulfillment performance, customer experience, advertising, merchant quality, inventory, reviews and other factors.

14. Data and Analytics

Zyleme may provide merchants with dashboards, analytics, reports and insights. Merchants may use customer data only to fulfill orders, provide customer service and comply with legal obligations. Merchants must not misuse customer data for unauthorized marketing, resale, profiling, spam or off-platform solicitation.

15. Intellectual Property and Brand Rights

Merchants grant Zyleme a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use merchant names, trademarks, logos, product images, listing content, descriptions and related materials to operate, market, display, promote and improve the platform.

Merchants represent that they have all rights necessary to list and sell their products and to grant the license above. Merchants must not infringe intellectual property rights of others.

16. Performance Standards

Zyleme may monitor merchant performance, including cancellation rate, late shipment rate, defect rate, refund rate, chargeback rate, customer support responsiveness, listing accuracy and policy compliance. Poor performance may lead to warnings, listing suppression, payout holds, account restrictions, suspension or termination.

17. Suspension and Termination

Zyleme may suspend or terminate merchant access, remove listings, hold payouts or cancel orders where a merchant violates policies, creates risk, fails verification, sells prohibited goods, receives excessive complaints, engages in fraud, harms customers or damages Zyleme's reputation.

18. Merchant Indemnification

Merchants agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Zyleme and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents and partners from claims, losses, damages, penalties, fines, liabilities, costs and expenses arising from merchant products, listings, fulfillment, taxes, intellectual property violations, customer claims, product defects, policy violations or breach of these Merchant Terms.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zyleme is not liable to merchants for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, lost profits, lost business, loss of goodwill, loss of data or business interruption. Zyleme's total liability to a merchant is limited to the fees paid by that merchant to Zyleme in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
